“Beautiful historic place and very friendly host! It was a very unique place and we loved it”

“Beautiful hotel in rural setting. Owner Miguel reserved our Acoura 516 bridge tickets as our international charge card was not accepted. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious and freshly served. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening which Miguel started each evening. If we return to the area to hike we will definitely stay here again. It was impressively clean and staff (his family :) friendly. ”

Please note that the only way to get there is by car and the most convenient option is to take advantage of the dinner offered. “Three of us stayed Tabuaco for the vineyard visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained; the only main issue is that there's no elevator, so we had to draw our luggage for a couple stairs to reach the lobby and then three floors to the room. I was hoping that the room would be a bit bigger as it's a triple room. It's was in a quiet and clean neighborhood and we accidentally found a bar close by, quelha funda bar, which we love so much. The atmosphere was great and the draft beer……

“The entire hotel is freezing cold. The lobby. The lounge. The breakfast area. The room took 2 hours of blasting heat just to be comfortable. Other than that. The staff is nice and breakfast was good”

“Good location. Rooms were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable but pillows were dire and should be renewed. Good breakfast with friendly staff and nice location on the upper floor. In general, reception staff came across as aloof and unfriendly.”
