「Wow- this place is truly special. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The property is as described and the beds, linens etc are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids, as was the water trampoline. We snorkeled in the bay next door and saw sea turtles, sting rays, and lots of conch. We rented a car from the host which was super helpful and seamless. Would recommend stopping in Governors Harbor on your way in to get groceries. We had a wonderful dinner at...

Nothing matches the listing—dirty, trashy yard, broken oven, no advertised BBQ, two broken TVs, broken door locks, dilapidated/unsafe deck, broken deck chairs, rusted utensils, moldy sponges, corroded fixtures, soiled bedsheets and towels, no bright pillows or rugs as shown in the photos, no screens in the windows - they were laying outside on the ground, and a strong odor of cat urine.
