“This was our second stay at Sundance House on Cat Island, and it was just as amazing as the first. The house is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Leslie checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more special.The screened-in barbecue area was perfect for cooking dinner in the evenings, and our little boy loved watching the crabs come out at night. “DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. Nothing matches the listing—dirty, trashy yard, broken oven, no advertised BBQ, two broken TVs, broken door locks, dilapidated/unsafe deck, broken deck chairs, rusted utensils, moldy sponges, corroded fixtures, soiled bedsheets and towels, no bright pillows or rugs as shown in the photos, no screens in the windows - they were laying outside on the ground, and a strong odor of cat urine. We found the cat trying to get in the house. I have lots of photos to back up……

“Cat's Cove is incredible. The perfect place to get away--REALLY get away. The beaches are beautiful-can't describe it. Aqua seas at your doorstep with curious, colorful fish just offshore.House is stunning-just as pictured. Two bedroom suites at opposite ends, each with a bath. A third bedroom sits between them--Perfect for kids! The kitchen is fully equipped-even an ice maker (a true luxury on any island)! “The house was very nice. It was equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately the sea weed and trash on the beach was very disappointing. I've never seen so much trash washing ashore. We did find two sea pigs in all the garbage! We read on the reviews how good the snorkeling was right at the property and we were only able to get in the water there one time in our two week stay. Nikki was very responsive. Having a generator was great as the power does go out. Bonus being so close to Da Pink……

“The house is fantastic! There is a Nespresso and a drip coffeemaker. There were a few spices and plenty of pans and oven cookware. It is wonderful to be a short walk from the Fernandez Bay resort for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The the washing machine and dryer were handy to have onsite. You can pack light! And ... the house has an RO system for drinking water which is great. We all fell in love with the house. ”
