"A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"Everything was excellent! It has the traditional bed and breakfast atmosphere that we were hoping for. We enjoyed the secluded feel of the property right in the middle of town. We didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and ready had we been prepared. The Garden Room was clean and ready--although simple, had just what we needed. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and the pillows a little too airy. The owners were pleasant and prepared us a great breakfast with a fruit parfait followed by a plate of a biscuit, sausage, scrambled eggs and garnished with tomato slices and cilantro."

"We were staying for our wedding, and had a mix up with thinking we booked through Thursday and we accidentally only booked through Wednesday. Staff was able to find a room directly across from where we were staying to make moving rooms as easy as possibly. This made our wedding much less stressful. "

"Fast checkin, hotel was clean, leaving at 5 am and happy I was told there would be coffee. I never have a chance to eat breakfast since it's so late. If even a danish or fruit could be put out with the coffee would be great. "
