"Absolutely stunning location! It was an easy walk to the cable car and a great way to see Isola Bella. There were a few random hairs on the bed when we checked in but it was otherwise spotless. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop pool was gorgeous!"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We really appreciated the excellent guidance on which areas to visit in Catania. Enjoyed the breakfast. Enjoyed finishing off each evening with a glass of Dero D'Avola in the lovely bar area. The hotel's location is not the best, but it's not far to walk to the main amenities and central areas. The metro is only a few minutes' walk away so it's easy to get to the bus station for a day trip to Taormina or Syracusa. One word of warning: the directions on Google Maps in is incorrect. It means the taxi will drop you off about 15 mins walk away (too far with suitcases). This is not the fault of Liberty Hotel. Give the taxi driver the address rather than the hotel name. "Overall experience was great. Staff was friendly, professional and all around great. Lots of outdoor areas to hangout and spend time outside. Pool area was nice. Minibar was stocked with good options and the prices are not bad comparing to other hotels I've stayed. It was almost cheaper to drink from the minibar vs. The actual hotel bar. Pool area was nice but maybe in the busy season it could get growded. Each room has Echo device with Alexa, so you can play music or get other information easily. The room i stayed was clean and good but some things were little outdated and rundown, some USB charging ports by the bed was not working, the thermostat screen and buttons were damaged but i was still able to turn down the temperature, i just couldn't see the actual temperature reading. But because the staff was so great and my stay was great, these things did not bother me. TV channels are all in italian, or at least the 100+ channels i scrolled thru, so if you like watching TV during your stay and don't understand the language, i recommend to bring your own movies or tv shows. "Alfredo manages and ROCKS. Just couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast legendary; coffee particularly which I totally love. Rooms were tight and a bit shopworn but lacked nothing. Charming balcony with breathtaking views. So reasonable. If you stay anywhere else in or around Catania ur nutz"
