We were asked about what time we were arriving. We guessed 6 and arrived after 8 because we were lost. Repeatedly tried calling the owner with no answer. 「The B & B looked newly renovated, was elegantly decorated, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Most important was the warm greeting by the owners, a lovely couple who went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met from buying a voltage converter I needed, to preparing breakfast early in the morning of our departure, to driving us to the airport early that morning. They treated us like visiting family and we were very grateful....

「The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.」

「The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.」

Good location for Catania, 10min Uber into downtown/ Metro station. Great views of Etna, ask for pool/sea view room (even no’s). Quality breakfast. The rooms are large, but dated and the hotel fascia could do with a fresh lick of paint. Plenty of local bars/restaurants near by and amazing food/wine for bargain prices. 「Good location - very easy to get to from the airport via Alibus as the bus stops almost opposite. Although a ‘remote’ checkin the customer service was very helpful and responded very quickly and arranged for someone to meet us to show us in even though we arrived late due to a flight delay.
