「Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting.」

「The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.」

「The property was very nice and clean inside and the proprietor was excellent. However the outside appearance was a shock as it was very scruffy.」

「Brand new hotel, clean, peaceful and best service. The team went the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of especially with helping our logistics, especially as our booking was last minute and arrived past Midnight.」

「Room is very clean. The bathroom is spacious and new. The host is very quick responding to my question and helping us to set up the check in. Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, like we would have at home. Location is a plus, so easy to get to restaurants, bus station and train station.」

「Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in.」

Direi ottimo.」

「good location near train and bus station. Guest room is spacious 」
