"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by.
There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."

"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected.
The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead.
