"We had everything we needed at this apartment. The parking was one street away in a public parking area and we felt the car was safe. The wifi was a bit challenging at times, but with patience, we were able to complete the tasks we wanted to do. Most of the time the wifi was OK. Maria and family were helpful and very friendly. We travelled to Taormina, Mount Etna, Catania and inland from this point."

"Mario is a delightful and oh-so-helpful host for his beautiful space. He goes out of his way to help, and it makes the life of a traveler so much easier. The space itself is lovely, with the 3rd floor (kitchen and deck and sitting area) being the stand-out. We personally loved the bells chiming (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.). We were a group of 4, two single women and a couple, and the space gave us all both our privacy and our communal space. I cannot give a big enough shout-out to Mario---thank you...

"We stayed for a week at Villa Alberto in late May 2026 and had a lovely time. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small BBQ which worked really well. The views from the wrap around balcony are absolutely stunning! Etna on one side and the beautiful coastline on the other. I recommend getting up early to experience the sunrise with a coffee over the sea, it's beautiful!The villa is perfectly located for a visit to Etna but also close enough to the many...

"The property is in the middle of a citrus grove. Spectacular views of MtEtna and Sea. The coastal town of Riposto has some good restaurants pizzerias and a lively fish market. Mario and Angela were magnificent hosts. Loved the house and location. "
