“The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. Thanks!”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,……

“Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had.”

“Our vacation could have not been more perfect. The cottage was adoreable and roomy for two people. The weather was perfect all week. It is located very close to the beach. You can see the ocean from your personal courtyard, and the walk to the beach is no more than 1 minute. You can be set up and soaking the sun on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of papertowels, toilet paper and garbage bags provided. Two different types of coffee makers for your preference Kuerig or traditional carafe……

“This property is an outstanding vacation home! The house was very accommodating and had an amazing array of amenities. It was very close to a nice beach and a short drive to other attractions. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. “Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!”

“We had never been to Cape Cod before, and we loved it. The house is a beautiful place and the view is fantastic. The neighborhood is very clean and resort like. It was nice having a private beach to get to enjoy. We will definitely come back.”

“Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom.
