「Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come 」

「I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal. 」

「My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.」
