「We have stayed in this location several times and have always had a great experience. Will definitely stay here again when we need to travel to Hickory.」

「We loved the new renovations. The building is beautiful, it smells very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious .pool looked very nice..didn't give 5 stars only because the beds are SO firm. It was like sleeping on a board with a blanket. Other than that it was a nice over night on the road.」

「The property was okay! Could use a refresh in the bathrooms, the tiles were popping out. Wish they had more than one elevator because we had to wait for others to get off etc. Not bad.. the room did smell like smoke when entering.. but went away after some air fresher was sprayed. Overall, I would say it is 7/10 rating..」

「Was not clean… Rusty parts in the bathroom, unclean flooring, And supposedly the manager was burning incense in the lobby, which caused an allergic reaction. It was an awful experience.」

「First time saying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, floors in bathroom dirty, felt like they only make the bed and wipe nothing down. Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff gave us a clearly dirty plunger in a bag to unclog our self. sections of the wall paper cut out in squares on the wall in the bathroom with looks to be mold or stains. Shower had good pressure and clean but water leaked out of the door because the door seal damaged. We sat outside by the "firepit" all the chars around...

「had to go buy a swiffer to clean floor- my socks were black. used an entire 20 pack and then socks only gray. first room toilet wouldn’t flush. moved to another one and had to keep towels on floor because the back of toilet leaked. bathroom door barely hanging on - screws on bottom hinge out of frame. rust hole on tub. housekeeping can in our room 1st day even though was told extended stay would only do every 3 days and we said none please and put the DND sign on door.
