This is very comfortable home with a lovely outdoor/pool area. We really enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the view. Nice kitchen! Very clean. We appreciated the fitness center and would definitely come back.

The home and location were perfect for a relaxing getaway to the desert and away from the cold Midwest winter. We enjoyed just relaxing out back and in the hot tub and pool. Great community!

Firstly, want to thank the owners for making their home available, it was terrific. Had everything we needed for meals, cookware, dinnerware, we had everything. We felt very comfortable inside or out. Pool area was also terrific, plenty of seating with great views. I look forward to our next chance to visit.

Check in was smooth, kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. Pool was super refreshing, because of the record heat wave. The A/C was out on our arrival, but the owners moved quickly and got a whole new system installed during this heat wave with 108 degree days. They were very kind, I can't say enough good things about them or their home. It was fantastic, and we hope to stay another time.

Gorgeous Views

Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio, soaking in the sun, with the most beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, pond, fountain and pool. Perfect place to unwind!

Perfect Family Vacation

Gorgeous property with everything needed except you and your clothing! The private pool and spa made a warm welcome after long days hiking. Definitely a location a place we would like to stay at again.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was a great size for cooking, and this place was beyond clean! The location was perfect and close to downtown Palm Springs and it was very quiet. The pool and spa were comfy. Patio furniture was perfect. Overall lovely stay! Would come back again and again!

We enjoyed our stay, the house has a nice layout, however there are areas that could be improved - house needs a deep clean, the baseboards, cabinets and doors could use a scrub down, the patio furniture was dirty and could use a refresh, the outside eating area seems to be a forgotten space on the side of the house where partially deflated pool toys go to die.

Perfect house for two couples!

This house was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room for two couples and the floor plan is perfect with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the view is spectacular. Beds and living space were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

Nice lunch at the clubhouse. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Unfortunately, we couldn't spend much time outdoors due to bad air quality.

Amazing Villa

This was an amazing place to stay and I was informed all the time about options like turning on the heat for the pool and Hot tub. Plus a 3 ring binder for the unit and for other activities. 100% satisfied!
