The house is lovely, even nicer than the pictures. Clean and high spec, everything you could need, lovely gated community. I spent months choosing a rental property for our weeks stay, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and would stay again. A month in Palm Springs

Lovely home. Beautiful setting. Great walking trails. Only concern would be for older folks who could use grab bars in the bathroom—esp the master. We did buy a suction bar for the shower but those won’t work on paint. Otherwise wonderful spot. Kitchen has EVERYTHING!

I think the house is even nicer in person than the pictures too, which is rare. We have rented quite a few vacation homes and were immediately impressed on how clean this home was. It was equipped with everything we needed; the kitchen was especially stocked and also organized. We spent everyday in the pool with our 5 yr old son, had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful mountain and community views. We also appreciated that the property is fenced/gated so we could easily let our dog out to do his business. )there are a couple of cactuses we did have to make sure he avoided though haha! We stayed in another vacation rental in the Desert Princess community in the past, but this house was our favorite. It also is a very easy, quick drive to down town Palm Springs to go out for a nice dinner. We also ordered from theDesert Princess Mountain Grill and had the food delivered - great food! I also have to say that the rental company really impressed me. My mom went on hospice and the rental company gave me extra time to figure out if I was going to need to cancel the trip or not before charging me the 2nd large payment. Their kindness at a delicate time was so appreciated and not rarely seen these days. The 2 things I’d mention is I suggested to the rental company that the primary bed mattress be upgraded - it sags in 2 areas you lay. 2nd if you are sensitive to detergents, bring your own, as the one the house has was not free and clear and I had a reaction. Other than that, I can confidently recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean rental in the Palm Springs area.

We learned from the pool man the filtration system was in service. The dust from the winds were muddy and not as enjoyable. But other than that everything was good. We have rented this property two times. The home is beautiful, beds are comfortable, furnishings are lovely, kitchen has everything you need for cooking in. The pool is wonderful. The views are magnificent as is the location. We will rent this property again because it’s wonderful!

Perfect getaway

This 3 bedroom home was perfect, great area for walking, friendly neighbors and the home was equipped with everything that you might need or want. We arrived after only booking the home 24 hrs earlier and the rental group (Altamira) had it ready for us like we had booked months ago. It was clean, organized and not missing a thing. I am hard pressed to find any negative items to speak about.

Beautiful views of the mountains make it a lovely place to hang out. Very high ceilings add to the spacious feeling. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and there were even games in the dining area sideboard. Beds ere super comfy and everything was spotless. Well situated to go to Joshua Tree but not too far from Palm Springs. Also convenient to the airport. Very quiet community made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool which were comfortably heated.

The home is HUGE, beautifully decorated, clean with an amazing layout. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked for a foody who is ready to cook. The location is ideal. You do not have a home on the west side so it's very private. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the perfect temperature. The spa was easy to use! The views are truly SPECTACULAR!!! All around, an amazing relaxing getaway in the Palm Springs area. WE LOVED THIS HOME!

Fantastic weekend !

I have some suggestions but they are only a matter of preference. This home is beautiful. The detail in decor lets you know that you were thought of before you ever booked. The views of the mountain, moon and stars were just wonderful. This home has every utensil you can think of. I was really surprised to find a potato masher. And the management team were really great. There were a few issues that are not even worth mentioning, because the team immediately responded and either took care of it on their end or walk me thru it. They are so nice! And it doesn't matter who you talk too. They all work as a team and pick up where the other left off. We were able to uber into town. Only a few minutes away. And being in a gated community was great! This is definitely our desert Vacae Home. Some suggestions I have: -The AC rule of not going under 74 is a bit rough for the desert. We woke up and the house was really muggy. So we were uncomfortable the first night as I do not like to leave windows open while I sleep. Thank you so much for lowering it the next day. 68 was perfect for us. -Add a chair or bench for the bedrooms - there is no where to sit and the bed is alittle high when trying to put shoes on. -Stool for bathroom and shower and a handicap bar would be helpful to those needing assistance - I did bring in the stool from the kitchen island to the shower and bathroom, as I was in a wheelchair. -There seem to be alot of flies in the desert during the day. It was abit uncomfortable laying out. I suggest adding lovely smelling fly deterrents. It is said they don't like the smell of lemongrass or lavender and eucalyptus. Anything you could hang in the outside areas would make the pool experience a bit nicer. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us! The Selvey's
