“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. “This was a surprise! I wasn’t expecting the space to be so large. They are older condos but seem to be well maintained on the inside. Very clean comfortable, and very spacious! They are located next to a Trader Joe’s, Target, and Boomer’s. Easy walking. The condos are centrally located to downtown via a car, we really loved the location!!! We will be coming back to stay!!”

“I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't……
