“Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie en gastvrijheid. Gina en Franco zijn tophosts. Omgeving is Toscane zoals je het je voorstelt. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch en het huis is fijn. Huiskamer zou evt wat sfeervoller en praktischer kunnen worden ingericht.”

“This property was a dream. We enjoyed it tremendously. Watching golden hour from the couch out the massive picture windows was a fantastic experience not to be missed! A perfect to location to explore Siena and some local wineries.”

“La struttura si trova in un posto bellissimo, le case sono sistemate in modo che ogniuno abbia la propria privacy. La piscina è molto bella cos' come le aree verdi circostanti. L'arredo del bagno potrebbe essere migliorato e in alcune pareti l'intonaco sembra cedere.”

“The property is so lovely set high on a hilltop with amazing views. The apartment was perfectly set up for 3 friends. Plenty of space and privacy. Andrea, and her father, could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We didn’t arrive until 9:00pm and they were there to welcome us, give us a tour of the home and chapel. Andrea gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. I wish we stayed longer and had a chance to horseback ride with Andrea’s husband. I would definitely go back.”

“Recently home following 2 wonderful weeks staying here for our honeymoon . Very quiet and secluded, peace and relaxation. Super clean. Rustic with fabulous views. Everything you could possibly need. Gina and Franco are just gorgeous, leaving food parcels throughout our stay. We have made the most incredible memories. Highly recommend and will be back xx”

“Our large family of 12 spent 5 days at Podere Casetta and we absolutely loved it. There was plenty of living space to accommodate our party size and everyone slept comfortably. The property was postcard beautiful capturing all that you could expect from a Tuscan getaway. Everyone had a blast with on-site activities such as a pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, and volleyball. I can not say enough about our hosts Liesbeth and Giacomo. They were fantastic and pleasure to deal with. During our last night,……

“We really enjoyed our peaceful downtime at Spannocchia. If you’re looking for a beautiful rural retreat to really experience “Tuscany” this is it. Make sure you have dinner there at least one night. ”

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und das Frühstück absolut lecker mit selbstgemachten Kuchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das leckere Olivenöl und der Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Die Ferienwohnungen, ca. 10, sind schon einige Jahre alt, befinden sich aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir konnnten vor unserer Wohnung frühstücken und auf den Garten mit Olivenbäumen und den Wald im Hintergrund blicken. Wir waren also mitten in der Natur.”

“Pros: spectacular views of the Tuscan hillside. Complete privacy. Jacuzzi and sauna with well equipped gym area. Cons: accommodations are rather rustic and not nearly as modern as depicted in photos. Wifi barely works downstairs. Dirt road to property is difficult to traverse especially if raining/muddy. It is imperative to have a car here. Overall stay was nice. Just expect that this property is very isolated and guests should be prepared to provide all needs for food, toiletries and……

“Vista spettacolare sull'Abbazia Servizio impeccabile: purtroppo per un problema idraulico, l'acqua calda presente la sera prima al risveglio non c'era più, ci hanno dato una camera per fare la doccia. Gentilissimi e sorridenti ( non è da tutti ) Ci ritornerò senz'altro”
