「Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. 」

「The customer service attitude is too bad.」

「This property is a rip off. It is not worth the amount of money they are charging per night. The photos they have posted are not accurate at all. They offer an hourly rate! The people upstairs were have a domestic dispute and the cops were called. Strong smell of marijuana as soon as you open the door. I tried to turn the heater on and it set the smoke detector off. 「很多广告与实际不符！这个酒店劝大家以后不要去住！不要再上当受骗了！这个订房网也是非常糟糕的！」

「Dated compared to the pictures. And didn't care for the fact the room service guy tried coming in at 830 to clean when check out wasn't till 11. Air conditioning wasn't very cool.」

「great place?」

「I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and housekeeping was available on demand. The place is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Collins ave. No breakfast option on the premises, but the rooms come with fridge and microwave.」

「酒店位置不錯。可以步行到購物中心！」

「大床挺舒服，沙发床有点软。环境安静，出行方便。」
