“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. “Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit……

“The rooms smelled clean, they put us on the highway side of the building, very noisy most of the night with traffic. There was nobody available at the desk for checkout at 8 am, I left my keycard at the desk. The 1 staff person I dealt with was just there. Ok place to stay but that is all.”
