“We had occasion to visit Fayetteville in Mid-May for a wedding. This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). We loved the small details provided by the Hosts (drinks and snacks, quality paper products, live TV, plenty of towels, etc.). The house was nicely appointed and comfortable. “This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!”

The only problem we had was not receiving the entry code. The property owner responded quickly, so this was minor. I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back and stay again!”

“Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the……

“Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit……
