"After dealing with some really disappointing hotel experiences on this trip, staying here was an absolute breath of fresh air. This hotel is truly wonderful, and the hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Here is why I highly recommend this hotel: Generous Upgrades & Stunning Views: Unlike other hotels that refuse to accommodate guests, Taal Vista kindly upgraded our room upon availability. The view of the Taal Volcano straight from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Wonderful & Kind Staff: The customer service here is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Fantastic Buffet & Live Music: The buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. To make the dining experience even better, they had someone beautifully serenading the guests while we ate, which created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Taal Vista Hotel knows how to treat their guests right. It gave me the peaceful, beautiful break I truly needed. I will definitely be back!"

"Surprisingly the room is spacious! The staffs are the heart of this hotel! Always smiling, courteous, attentive and helpful! Shout to this kuya who assisted us and my elderly mom since we arrived. I just forgot his name! The breakfast is great! Was surprised that there were additional selection like soup, waffles and fruits aside from the cooked food! The toilet only need some love and updating! Overall can be recommended as it can accomodate 4 people in a spacious room with free breakfast! Value for money as well!"

"Man. I would just like to start by saying this is one of those unexpected experiences. When I visit Tagaytay, I usually stay near the malls and similar areas. I chose to stay here because it was closest to a wedding I was attending. I wasn't expecting much, but my experience has been GREAT from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Hotel staff was super friendly. I got assistance in checking in my bags, front desk was super nice, helpful, and friendly, and the person assisting with breakfast was nice as well. Housekeeping staff were always checking if we needed anything too. The room was super clean and really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the included amenities were good. Bigger fridge than usual, nice 42 inch Smart TV, and a nice split type aircon was in the room. There's also a heated pool and a small place in the lobby to just chill and have some pastries. Breakfast buffet was decent. I loved their hash browns, dilis (fried small fish), adobo, Korean-style chicken, and their egg station. Parking wasn't shaded, but there were many available stalls, and it felt safe. Hotel was a bit far from the malls, but it allowed for more bonding time with the family. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for something father away from the busy city life and just want to unwind."

"This boutique hotel perfectly justifies its tucked-away location, away from the main road and Tagaytay’s busiest areas—it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat that is ideal for those seeking rest and quiet. The room I selected features an all-white interior that creates a bright, airy atmosphere. However, blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, as the abundance of natural light makes it difficult to sleep in once the sun rises. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast enough for video meetings as well as streaming, making it suitable for both work and leisure. While the property remains charming, parts of it are beginning to show their age. Thoughtful renovations and refreshed interiors would go a long way in restoring the hotel to its former elegance and elevating the overall guest experience."
