「We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay.

「The staff is what makes my review 5 stars. The housekeeping crew, Chrissy, always had a smile as she passed by and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Johny continued to check on us when we were poolside and delivered great food/drink service. Eric greeted us from the beginning and gave us the signature Alaia drink and conversed with us whenever we saw him. So pleasant to talk with him. These are just a few of the names that helped make our stay enjoyable.
