“Fabulous peaceful, private deck with gorgeous ocean view surrounded by lovely garden. Located at perfect spot to snorkel out to cemetery reef. Cute, cute cottage with everything you need. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood lane with public access way at end of street to full seven mile beach. Easy walking distance via public access lane at end of street to grocery store and a few restaurants and shops. The best part of all might have been the host and her staff. Absolutely A.”

“Location was great if you wanted to be a bit further away from crowded areas (which we did).Beach here was a bit rough during our stay due to the weather (was calmer the week before our stay) so we didn't venture into the water here and did a couple of 30min drives and we checked out 7 Mile and Spotts easily.The cottage is perfect for a couple.Nice comfy Queen bed. Sofa bed while a good size for 2 people needed a new mattress as it was falling apart/coils were rusting (would up my review 1/2……

“Perfect for a couple who don’t want to stay on the busy 7 mile beach. VERY close to 3 public beaches. The only thing I would have a slight negative would be the mattress is very very firm. The place is very clean and new.”

“The villa was pretty much as described. Maria was a superb host with great communication and a wealth of local information before and during our stay. Chisholm's grocery store is less than 100m away and is well stocked with everything we needed including beer, wine and spirits at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the sea from our beach due to a combination of wind, waves and sargassum weed, clearly all beyond anyone's control. “Inside the property was very clean but around the pool wasn't cleaned the whole week and after I finish swimming the first time and saw the pool was dirty with duck feces all around it and never was cleaned up the next 5 days I wasn't able to swim in it and not be worried about infections. Monika has always been very good but by appearances of debris all over the yard for the whole week I don't think she was in residence. Otherwise I would have given it five stars”
