There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were.
Overall, I had a great...

「Beautiful Hotel, but Disappointed by the Amenities
We stayed at Watermark Hotel during our trip to San Pedro, Belize, and overall, I’d give our experience a 3 out of 5.

「The room was super clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect and kept us super cool. The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had everything we needed. The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends.」
