"First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. Our stay this time was a horrible experience, the staff is not welcoming and let’s not even talk about the rooms and the cleaning service. Our room was poorly cleaned and I had to call twice to ask for towels because they were not replaced when cleaning. The staff at the bar was something else, me and my friends were completely ignored until a nice lady decided to asked us if we were being helped ? I guess there’s some kind of guest preference, the staff prefers the American guest than the Honduran guest because we experience that feeling multiple times by different staff at the resort. Long story short, are not staying at the Infinity Bay Resort ever again! I’m pretty sure there’s better options than that resort in Roatan. Good luck if you decide to stay there!!!! "

"The pool and jacuzzi were really nice. Rated a little bit lower because the rooms are a little outdated but are still very clean. We booked two room for our family and they put us in separate buildings, which was not ideal. We loved the buffet and restaurant food. Usually buffet food is pretty bad but we liked everything we had, the meat was cooked well and all of their sauces were yummy. The beach was perfect and the workers would put up umbrellas for us. Drinks were strong and the workers were very friendly. "

"ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!"
