This resort was beautiful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the room balcony was awesome. The location is perfect, with GREAT snorkeling, for a price, right off the beach, close to restaurants, and a nice beach walk. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, but the rest made up for that.

First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. Our stay this time was a horrible experience, the staff is not welcoming and let’s not even talk about the rooms and the cleaning service. Our room was poorly cleaned and I had to call twice to ask for towels because they were not replaced when cleaning. The staff at the bar was something else, me and my friends were completely ignored until a nice lady decided to asked us if we were being helped ? I guess there’s some kind of guest preference, the staff prefers the American guest than the Honduran guest because we experience that feeling multiple times by different staff at the resort. Long story short, are not staying at the Infinity Bay Resort ever again! I’m pretty sure there’s better options than that resort in Roatan. Good luck if you decide to stay there!!!!

Never had any problems with accessing Internet, using Wi-Fi. Breakfast was always full of variety and quite delicious. Pool beach side ceiling buzz always available, even had a really busy days. I’ll be the best thing was the access to the beautiful snorkeling. You just walked right to the edge of the ocean and began to see some of the best snorkelling I’ve ever experienced.

Pool was nice. Generally able to get loungers. Beach was crowded but access to the snorkelling was excellent! Generally the staff were unfriendly and disengaged. There were a small number of staff that made our experience enjoyable. Housekeeping and maintenance was very good.

I’am from Honduras. Third time in Roatán. Overall the best Spot For a Family vacation. Came with my three kids. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness really made the experience stand out. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, whether you’re looking for restaurants, shops, or key attractions. It made getting around easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and organized. The amenities were also great, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent service, ideal location, and high level of cleanliness, it offers great value and a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was empty almost daily it was really nice to not have to fight for space. Most people are snorkeling or diving. We still claimed chairs in the morning because some days chairs get claimed quickly. The rooms were great with full kitchens and options for roll away beds for kids that were really comfortable! Even for an adult. The breakfast was yummy daily and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant a few times but it’s pricey and the bar is pricey. Walking on the beach to other restaurants was perfect tho!

Great location in West Bay. Easy to get around to restaurants and shops. Great snorkeling right there in the bay. Easy to take water taxis to West End. Very affordable resort. The breakfast is one of the best. I highly recommend it.

I’ll start by saying we loved our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Excellent variety. I’m very glad we did not do all-inclusive because there are so many restaurants around to try and it’s fun to get off the property and explore other spots. Be cautious choosing your room on travel sites. The room description for the same room was different on Expedia’s site vs the resorts website so we thought we had paid for and were getting beach view and instead we were put at the very back end of the resort with a view of the parking lot. Fortunately, there were lots of trees and birds to see, but this was disappointing. We got certified at the dive shop on site, and were pleased with that experience. We were lucky to get an excellent instructor. The beach is wonderful. It’s pretty amazing to see all those people working so hard to clear up the sargassum from the beach. We were grateful for their efforts. Throw towels on your chairs early! They get ‘reserved’ pretty quickly. The pool is perfect. The hot tub was so nice, very popular though so sometimes hard to get a spot. There is a sign right beside it that says no children but parents were letting their young kids play in it all day and staff didn’t stop it. That would be my only pet peeve to report. They do need to get proper first aid kits by the pool and in the lobby. In a nutshell: Beautiful place, kind people, and lots to do!

Everything was as advertised. Just Excellent! Very nice sized clean rooms. Pools were super. The snorkeling was top notch and right off the beach. Plenty of great places to eat along the West Bay beach. You must do a night snorkel! We will be back for sure!
