Heerlijk vakantiehuis. Zeer rustig gelegen en grote tuin waar de hond prima kan rondlopen. Mooi zwembad. Voorzieningen zijn allemaal in de buurt. Enig punt van aandacht is dat er heel veel insecten rondom het zwembad zitten. Dit kan wat ongemak geven.

Heel leuke villa. Goed uitgerust en proper. Alles was aanwezig. Het zwembad is groot en de kinderen hebben zich hierin goed kunnen uitleven. Een hele leuke streek om in te wandelen. Wel veel wespen en muggen dus breng voldoende bescherming mee. Een aanrader!

Sehr reibungsloser automatischer Check-in. Schöne gepflegte Villa. Sehr froh, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab. Für uns fünf ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Grundbedürfnisse wie Gewürze sind vorhanden, was das Selbstkochen sehr angenehm macht. Auch Besteck, Teller, Töpfe und Pfannen usw. sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön gepflegt. Jeden Samstag kommt jemand vorbei, um es zu saugen und die Wasserqualität zu überprüfen. Wir hatten viele Mücken, obwohl es überall Fliegengitter gibt, wissen sie, wie man die kleinsten Öffnungen findet. Bringen Sie also unbedingt Mückenlichter/Mückenspray usw. mit. Aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, hier zu übernachten.

Villa Imperiale is een mooie tegen een heuvell gesitueerde (geheel vrijstaande villa) met uitzicht op het omliggende landschap en heel veel privacy. Het grote buiten zwembad afm. 5x10 m1 + een instapdeel en de vele zit en lig- mogelijkheden maken het geheel tot een luxe vakantie verblijf. Zelfs bij iets minder weer is het goed vertoeven in de grote serre. Te warm... ook geen probleem de serre is zelfs voorzien van airconditioning. Tevens was de villa zelf bij aankomst schoon, netjes en confortabel (tot zeer compleet) ingericht. Voor het dorpje Cébazan hoeft je het niet echt te doen maar de locatie van de villa maakt dat ruimschoots goed. Narbonne centrum-/ met zijn giga Carrefour igt op ca. 30 km (reistijd ca. 30 min.) De dichts- bij zijnde Intermarche supermarkt op ca. 5 a 6 km. Wij vinden de villa zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ! ook was het contact met (Marlene van Belvilla) betreffende alle ins- en outs m.b.t. onze aankomst zeer plezierig 👍 Jan Maas en vriendin (60+)

Der großzügige Grundriss war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von sechs, und der private Pool war ein Highlight für uns alle, Wir verbrachten unsere Tage mit Entspannen am Pool und bereiteten köstliche Mahlzeiten in der Außenküche zu, Die Ausblicke über die Weinberge waren atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, Außerdem war es ein Genuss, jeden Morgen zur lokalen Bäckerei zu schlendern, um frische Baguettes zu bekommen, Das nahegelegene Dorf Saint Chinian hatte einen schönen Markt und viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Sehr zu empfehlen für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Mooie ruime vakantiewoning die geheel vrijstaand is. Heerlijk zwembad. Airco is ook ideaal. De omgeving is ook heel aangenaam. Bakker in het dorp Cébazan. Verder vele uitwijk mogelijkheden. Wij hebben er o.a. leuk gefietst langs een oude spoorbaan. Een aanrader. Vergeet niet de muggenspray in verband met de tijgermuggen. Daarom is het heel prettig dat er overal hordeuren voor ramen en deuren zitten.

zalige locatie: boven op de helling - eerste buur op ruime afstand en prachtig uitzicht! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Je merkt dat de eigenaar al geïnvesteerd heeft in vernieuwing keuken en badkamer. De rest van het huis zoals bv. de veranda zijn aan opfrissing toe maar dit is absoluut niet hinderlijk om hier een super leuke tijd door te brengen. Het zwembad en de kickertafel waren de grootste troeven voor onze kinderen! Net zoals het strand dat op 30 min rijden ligt.

Villa Impériale is een enorme aanrader want de villa is op alle vlakken in orde. Het zwembad is ook heel proper en verzorgd. De omgeving hier is prachtig en enorm rustig. Dus wie komt voor rust en kalmte, zal hier zeker aan z’n trekken kunnen komen. En de kans is zeker bestaande dat we hier nog eens terug komen!

Das Ferienhaus ist hübsch, hochwertig und sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem grossen Wintergarten und sehr grossem Pool. Geckos muss man dort mögen und dulden (lustige Tiere). Tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Die Umgebung, besonders das Hinterland am Zentralmassiv ist grandios. Es gibt dort viele kleine alte Dörfer. Besonders schön gelegen sind dort Roquebrun, Vieussan und Minerve. Nicht entgehen lassen sollte man sich den African Safari Park in Sigean und die mittelalterliche Zitadelle (Cité) von Carcassone.

Belle propriété

Propriété très bien située, sans vis à vis, tout en étant proche du centre du village et de St-Chinian. La piscine est magnifique et la vue splendide. La maison correspond à la description. Une suggestion : prévoir plus d'ombre à la piscine. Excellent séjour.

Het huisje is heel mooi gelegen op en heuvel helemaal aan de rand van het slaperige dorpje Cebazan. Het is er super rustig. De woning heeft een leeftijd, maar de keuken en badkamer zijn recent mooi gerenoveerd. Alles was er proper. Een mooi zuidelijk gelegen terras met een groot zwembad. Vanuit het huisje kan je prachtige wandelingen doen, wijngaarden alom. Beziers en de kust liggen vlakbij.
