The condo is a short walk from a large mall, Ayala Center, and there is a convenience store downstairs to buy snacks or toiletries. Clean, large towels and 2 bottles of water were provided. We also had access to the pool and gym.
We did have issues at check-in because the security desk didn’t have our information, and we weren’t given the check-in details (unit number, lockbox code) ahead of time. It took about an hour to get this sorted out.
Water pressure was low so we had to buy a pitcher or what the Filipinos call a “tabo” to bathe. We appreciated the unit owner’s offer to move us to another condo in another part of the city, however we declined as we wanted to be near the mall.
