「The back porch is in need of a deep clean and the furniture could use new cushions. One swivel chair is completely broken and you’ll fall through if you sit in it. The pots and pans all need to be replaced (they did bring us 2 while we were there). There are several poison ivy/oak plants in the yard ( they did come a clip them) so be careful because they will grow back. The location is great, the dock is great and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host is quick.」
