Corrigan’s Reef is located on the second floor of the three-story Harbour Master Suites on Dock Street. Covered exterior staircases provide access to each level, along with covered walkways between units. Street parking is available; however, boat parking is not offered at this location.
Your stay is designed with privacy and convenience in mind. Detailed arrival instructions and amenity information will be provided prior to check-in, and the McCormick Management team is readily available to assist you throughout your stay.
Located in the heart of Cedar Key, a historic island community on Florida’s Gulf Coast, this condo places you within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Enjoy the island’s laid-back atmosphere, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are available and provide a fun way to explore the island.
Cedar Key is a pedestrian-friendly destination, and Corrigan’s Reef’s central location makes it easy to experience the island on foot.
Please note: This unit does not allow pets. This unit has a 2 person occupancy and will allow 1 small child. -Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying -Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways -Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic -Parties and/or events are not allowed -No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke -This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal -$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit -Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom -Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance -Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. -Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more. -Please don’t rearrange the furniture. -Please do your dishes. -No illegal substances allowed on premises. - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military. - ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies. - Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°. - If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles.
