Skimmer Condo

We loved the condo, everything was clean and perfect size for our family. It’s right there close to everything and you can walk to the beach. We had a great time in Cedar Key! We love this little town, it’s perfect to relax and slow down for a few days!

We had such a great stay in 2024 we returned again this year. Great stay, love the unit. Only suggestion is light darkening curtains for the bedroom. Way too bright. Beautiful view

island retreat

the entire vacation was amazing! the property hosts were very helpful with letting us know what was open on the island and what was not due to the impact of hurricane Helene. allowing us to purchase Groceries on our way there and plan accordingly. they were also very Timely with returning messages I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Family Getaway

Great quiet location

Was looking for a relaxing week away from all the tourists. Found a perfect location here! Property has a nice pool and is just across the street from a nice beach. Unit was clean and as advertised. Communication with the owners/management company was quick, courteous and responsive. Would definitely consider a return trip!

Pressure release retreat

Excellent view of the marsh land and tidal water. Dark sky’s for good start watching. Walking distance to great fresh seafood restaurants and dock that boats launch from. This is old Florida at its best. No chain retails or restaurants on island. All local owned with their own original vibe. We would rent this unit again.
