「Bedding and bathroom had hair」

「Save your money. The property is not worth $500 per night. Or room was pretty rough. It has been updated at some point but had a lot of wear and tear. Large crack in the shower, furniture broken off, dirty lampshades, and black stained floor grout. Certain areas of the hallways smell of mildew. Employees smoking in the garage. Online pictures show a balcony, you don't get a balcony. Breakfast was good.」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「Second time staying here, the place is very convenient to the beach.The pool area is great.The tiki bar is awesome. The room could have been a little cleaner. Especially the bathroom, but I bring my own cleaning wipes and always wipe everything down. The staff is very nice and helpful.Breakfast is always good.I would recommend this place.」

「On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids.」

「First night there I saw a mouse. I called the front desk and told her about the mouse the staffer apologized for the incident;but said that the manager won’t be back for 10 minutes. When the manager came back she acknowledge my complaint and moved me to a different room. I thought that I should’ve been upgraded but that wasn’t offered. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a bellboy to go back to my room and gather my things to move to the next room. I’ve visited this establishment for the past 20...
