This newly remodeled home is right off 1st Avenue West in Cedar Rapids. Perfect for staying in while you work or visit CR. 3 bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor with living room, dining room and kitchen on main floor. 3rd floor attic has an extra queen bed for larger groups. Great spot for getting around town with easy interstate access. Mr. B's, Hacienda Las Glorias and Westside Maid-Rite all within 1 block of this home. YouTubeTV and WiFi internet supplied with your booking. Any questions feel free to send me a message.

Comfortable House
I very much enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything thing I needed and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. And everything I needed was close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay!
We had a wonderful experience at Kingston Casa! We loved the updates as well as the charm. Mark was a gracious host, offering local tips and accommodating any requests (he brought us a grill!). The home was in a great location- convenient to some super bars and restaurants and very close to downtown. We loved Local Pour! Thanks again Mark, we look forward to staying at your home again!
