Quiet street offers peace, yet minutes to downtown and I-380.

Enjoy the brand new kitchen with complimentary coffee supply, washer & dryer in the basement, dedicated office area, propane grill, and unique artist-mural attic.

The space:

Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house.

Lots of shopping and restaurant options within a few minutes' drive.

The house is updated throughout, well decorated, bright and clean. This place has all you need for a comfortable stay in Cedar Rapids!

Main floor hosts well-equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms.

4 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second floor.

Attic has a beautiful mural painted by a local artist. It offers a full bathroom, dedicated AC and two queen beds

On the main level, you'll find a generously equipped kitchen, along with formal dining and living areas featuring a gas fireplace.

Basement offers laundry and a half bath (no beds are in the basement).

All bedrooms have blackout shades on all windows. Attic has a few skylights that aren't covered.

Kitchen is stocked with microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge with filtered water/ice, complimentary tea & coffee supplies, dishes, pots & pans needed to cook a meal.

We provide all of the amenities you need including toilet paper, linens, towels, soaps & shampoos.
