You will find this gem in the heart of Cedar Rapids. Very spacious, family friendly, unique Oasis that is both close to everything AND a peaceful retreat. Our luxury patio inspired by that perfect Caribbean daybed by the beach that will have you relaxed and refreshed in no time. 2 blocks from Noelridge park featuring splash pad, public pool (with waterslides, score!), running trails, next to cedar valley bike trail and with walkable distance to many restaurants. Downtown is a $9 Uber ride away

5 Star Eastern Iowa Getaway
Perfect place for 6 friends to play golf, revisit college days in Mt Vernon and pay last respects to great mentor and friend. Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Tastefully done by responsive host with great communication skills. Glad we stayed here and would easily do it again.

Stocked with everything!
House was really decorated in the cutest way. They had so many things already stocked and available to use I could’ve packed a lot lighter! However it was great for this little things you might forget like Qtips, etc. Was the perfect space for us vs piling our two families into a hotel.

Cute spacious house for our little weekend trip! Perfect for the whole family, backyard is super nice and loved the patio, wish we could have enjoyed it but it was too cold outside unfortunately. Overall nice and accommodating for our stay!

Cozy House with Extras
We met friends and stayed at this super cute VRBO. The hostess was great about answering questions very quickly. The house came with everything we needed and extras. Loved the back patio and the hubbies made good use of grill, smoker and bag boards. There was plenty of great indoor space and the decor was inviting and warm. The location was convenient to everything we were doing and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great family stay
Sarah and Jim were very accommodating to our family. They made sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. The location of the house is great. There are lots of stores and restaurants in the area, a public pool and plenty of splash pads to beat the summer heat. The house is great for family. Lots of spots inside and outside to hang together. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking in Cedar Rapids.

Wonderful Stay!
The house is centrally located, warm and inviting and the Owner welcomed us with a basket filled with snacks, delicious home-made brownies and a bottle of wine. The beds are comfortable and the house is spacious with plenty of room for people to roam around. The backyard is nice and relaxing with a grill to BBQ during the summer. The owner is very nice, understanding and very responsive to messages/requests. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again!

Very accommodating
Jim and Sarah are excellent hosts. Their house and yard are very accommodating. Sarah always got back immediately, as i changed our group reservation a few times. Their property is clean, with lots of extras. We will be staying with them again.
