"I like the room was clean /airy and fresh . Central position to use the cafe and bars of Neath . Negative ,they did try and charge me the second time but did sort it out … Local Parking is available at extra cost ."

"Freshly cooked breakfast and reasonable. Rooms and corridors in dire need of revamp. TV not working, iron was unreliable, seriously cracked hand basin. For the price all around the stay was functional. "

"Lovely place to stay"

"Super nice B&B in the welsh countryside... as close to a town (Ammanford) as you would want but far enough away to be rural. Rooms (we have stayed there twice in the past month) are really rather nice, showers have plenty of hot water and the hosts, Jane and Nigel, serve a breakfast that keeps you going for the rest of the day"

"Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel."

"Really lovely cottage. The decor was very stylish and it all looked very new. Great location for the waterfalls and zip world. Didn't eat out but a couple of nice looking restaurants within walking distance. "
