“We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. We really enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast sitting by the lake. The sun room is lovely - we had one very rainy day and sitting there and watching the rain on the lake was very nice. “The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants.”

We watched the eclipse sunset over the lake and it was so beautiful! We loved watching the birds on the property. Our only qualm was the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so it got a little humid”

“There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!”

“If VRBO doesn't send an access code by that morning, you should message Vanessa. I contacted with some questions before the trip and she was so helpful and friendly! It was a great place for my family's fall weekend 2 couples and 2 more adult sons. Plenty of mugs, glassware, plates and silverware, which is not always the case. A few things I will mention for planning sake: The coffeemaker is super slow and there isn't an icemaker in the refrigerator, just two ice trays. There is a toaster oven……
