Came to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday in Cancun &’ booked my hotel at the GR Solaris Cancun &’ spa. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff/servers were not welcoming at all. This one server even made a comment to make sure not to forget to tip him all demanding. No joke ! I get it these people make a living off their tips as well but to get the gratitude you have to make the hospitality worth it &’ unfortunately they did not deliver. My partner even had some instances where they would completely ignore or be rude to him because he didn’t speak Spanish. The food is mid . I don’t understand how they make you make reservations for the restaurants there just for the food to NOT be it. The buffet is by far the worst one in my opinion. The cleanliness could be better. Especially with the pools. Literally found all types of stuff in there which is just disgusting . Room service would do a okay job. The best part of this hotel is that it’s definitely family friendly! The mini club they have for the little ones is such a great place and atleast the staff there was very sweet and welcoming with our two boys and just every kid there. They set up a schedule for the rest of the day by when they open to when they close and list fun activities for Lupita was a very sweet girl(: Overall, It sure is a good family friendly hotel, cheaper price for it being an all inclusive hotel but wouldn’t come back.

My stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, and the property was well‑maintained and relaxing. The only minor inconvenience was a peacock near my room that became vocal early in the morning, but aside from that, my experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again.

For us every day is ok.But they need more personal in all areas.But the food it’s very good..
