“I paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate.
The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point.

“Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice. ”

“The hotel is very clean and cozy, located 10 minutes from the beach, with a reasonable price. I was feeling so comfortable and highly recommend staying. “Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting. ”

“The Orchid Suites is a group of darling condos in the Royal Palm Hotel conveniently situated in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants.
