“First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. ”

“I booked this Sonder for a 2 day conference and it was great! The beds were comfortable, it was in a very convenient location - I was able to walk to it from Union Station (to and from the airport) - and it had the amenities I needs (iron and iron board, nice towels, etc). Would definitely stay here again.”

“I was hesitant to book based on prior reviews of noise but I didn't find that to be an issue at all. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. ”

“The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place.”

“We stayed 2 nights and loved the place! The only thing to note is the ceilings are very low, we are both 5’5” and were able to fully touch it. Other than that, nice open space with perfect amenities and size for 2.”

“Overall this place was fine, although we found it unclear that there would be another renter in the lower level. While there is a separate outdoor entrance and yard, there is not a door between the upstairs and basement. There is a locking door between the downstairs unit and the basement, but we still didn’t feel overly safe. The renters the first few nights were incredibly loud and disruptive until late. They also cooked fish and the smell permeated the house the first few nights. Also, the……

“Check in was easy and information was given early. Home was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything we needed for our trip to Denver. Seemed to be a very nice neighborhood.”

“Our stay was pleasant. Communication the day we arrived wasn’t great we arrived early and asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response. We decided to do some exploring. We did have some trouble with the lock upon arrival late that night after exploring and couldn’t get a response then either. A phone number would have been great. The house was decently clean but there was several spiders.”

“I had a very enjoyable stay at Samantha's home in Arvada. The house was spotless, the furniture and beds comfortable and all in all very cozy. It rained and snowed during my stay so I wasn't able to enjoy the outside deck and games ... but hope to be back.”

“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……
