“the breakfast was really good! they had a lot of different options. the staff was really kind and helped us out when our original room smelled weird, she gave us another room. the pool was nice as well, there was stuff from the trees in the pool.”

“Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. ”

“Fantastic location, very comfortable beds, extremely clean. Well worth the money!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in grass Valley and Nevada city and this is one of my absolute favorites!! ”

“Bathroom door jammed & lock is broken. Mold on shower curtain. Love the location that's is one minute walk across to Alta Sierra Country Club. ”

“In a really convinient area surrounded by Starbucks, grocery store, etc. Air conditioning worked, easy parking, nearby road is a little loud, but couldn't hear other guests. Other than that, it was OK. I understand that it's a fairly inexpensive motel on the side of the freeway, but that doesn't exactly excuse it from adequate houskeeping and cleanliness, which could have been improved.”

“This was a very new property , so it was clean and everything worked.. comfortable bed and linen. Good tv, with lots of channels and good reception. Lovely shower with great water pressure. Nice equipment in the workout room. Cool outdoor pool, unheated. Good complimentary breakfast. Lots of free parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. I did not care for the artwork on the walls. Poor signage on the outside of the hotel, but fantastic location. Good value for the money.”
