"Absolutely fantastic "

"The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was pretty good better than other breakfast at other Homes2 Suites Hilton locations. Housekeeping is excellent. The washer/dryers were clean/ well maintained. The water/coffee/front desk area were all maintained not gross and unclean. I was impressed with the overall maintenance inside and out of this hotel. The kitchen area fridge,microwave all of it clean. There are lots of restaurants and stores right by the hotel so convenient! The staff was extremely helpful with everything we asked and needed. I'd like to mention specifically Chloe,Shay and Sherida at the front desk, so friendly,welcoming, cheerful and make you feel like you are home away from home."

"This hotel is utilized by folks as extended stay so some of the folks staying there are living there full time. The rooms are suites with full size refrigerators and kitchens. The bed was only a full - thought we'd be getting a king. The pillows provided were lumpy messes. The towels were thin and rough. The place charges extra for housekeeping or for additional towels. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. No Ice machines. However, the staff who was working the night we were there was very nice and helpful. My partner had sprained his ankle, and she provided us with extra towels without charging and another pillow so he could prop it up. She offered her own ice pack when I mentioned going out to get ice (as there are no ice machines in the hotel). I did not take her up on it, but it was very kind of her to offer. Overall the hotel left much to be desired, but the staff was good. Hotels are expensive in Grand Rapids, so for one night it was fine, but I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"We were not allowed to check in. They said Hotels.com did not send the reservation to them. I'm not sure who to blame about that, but the property itself was a converted apartment complex, and had sketchy characters wandering the parking lot, and a lot of pot smell. In the end, I was glad we had to re-book somewhere else."
