“This home was a home away from home. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Andrea was available for any questions we had and made sure we were stocked up for the outdoor fun as well! I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends and family!! My family and I loved the rustic look of the inside of them home and the stone finishes, as well as the historic picture showing that the home was previously a church!!”

“Just as described! Has everything you need to make you feel at home. The views and relaxing areas to watch the views were amazing! The communication with the host was easy and quick to reply. I would definitely stay again. It was a perfect spot for my family to vacation. Fishing, several relaxing, family time by the campfire, games, and outdoor eating area were all available to enjoy. All around was just as expected.”

“The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!”

“An excellent property. Nicely appointed in period and well furnished. A great place for quiet relaxation, within 30 minutes of Civil War sites in Franklin, Columbia and points south. Easy 90-minute drive to Shiloh National Battlefield Park. The owner is courteous, helpful and extremely accommodating. Thanks.”

“It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen.”

“Booked in conjunction with other houses on property for extended family attending wedding nearby. Would book again. Everything as advertised and better! Great experience - lots of places for family to gather, create memories and still space to have downtime when needed. Highly recommend!”

“Our stay was perfect! Close proximity to the wedding venue, beautiful and peaceful property, comfortable and spacious accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space! It was perfect for our family of 5. We had another family member renting one of the other houses on the same property and enjoyed walking between the houses and enjoying all of the animals. Highly recommend!”

“Unit was in a great location minutes from most of everything needed. Cleanliness did not dictate the expensive cleaning fee, one roll of toilet paper, soap was empty in kitchen and bathroom, air fresheners were empty and house smelled musty, walls had indications of dirty hands on white surfaces. TVs would disconnect from WiFi every time we turned them on. House was cozy for the most part and quiet. Only negative about the stay was the lack of cleanliness that we had to go remedy with air……

“Located about 20 minutes outside Franklin, TN. The perfect location to enjoy some peace & quiet. Everything was excellent. The rental listing was spot on! Plenty of room for families, very well decorated, and includes everything you can think of. Well stocked kitchen, extra linens, even toiletries. We will be back and staying longer.”

“It was that time of the year when the ladybugs invade! They were kinda cute to have around. Visited Carter House, Carnton and Winstead Hill. Great tour guides at the houses. Notes from Leipers Fork book had a chapter that coincided with The Offer series about The Godfather that we happened to be watching in the evenings while we were there. Sunk down and Slept like a log in the master bed. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Some kind of lighting on edge of drive as it curves would help……

“We came for Grandson’s HSbgraduation and birthday party. We also visit dbFralin and Mashville bookstores. She ch a great place to stay. Quiet with only lightening bugs flashing. Owls hooting, 14 year cicadas mating and bluebirds nesting. Cabin was excellent comfortable and spacious. Homelike feeling and many antiques to look at in house. We loved it!”

“This is a wonderful property and exactly what we wanted. Not far from conveniences (15 minutes) and larger city if we wanted to visit Nashville (30 minutes) but such a peaceful and restful place to visit. Fox and Locke is a great restaurant within a couple of miles so easy to grab something. The main house is great for two people or small children on the sofa bed. The second space is great if you have two couples or some older children to have their own space. It was beautiful!”

“This little place is worth the 20 min. drive you'll make to grocery stores. A gathering of three homes around a green space. A home so comfortable it feels like you're visiting your grandma or some other dear relative. Super-easy access, friendly and helpful host. We had no trouble with wifi; couldn't make phone calls but could still text. A great fire pit. The only possible downside for some could be that the home is located in the bend of the gravel road, but the road is only for the three……
