「Quite a bit of garbage around. And the listing said two king beds when there was only one. It also said bunkbeds and there weren’t. So three less beds than expected. But owner was very helpful and nice.」

「谢谢」

「The coffee machine in the lobby seemed to always be empty. The ice was just crushed and it too was always empty. No kleenex in room. Needs more soft lighting in room such as lamps. Overhead lights were so bright. Faucet in bathtub was not wiped down. All water spots.」

「It's on a mall which gives you tons of shopping and dining options, but when I booked, I was excited about the Mountain View. Floor two is largely a view of a parapet wall and the mall. Teeny sliver of mountains. The receptionist parroted the company line that "all the rooms had a Mountain View" very disappointed!」

「We stayed for three nights, and no one came to clean the room or ask if we needed towels. I don't know if this is normal. There was lemon water in the lobby on the first day, but from the second day onwards, there wasn't any. However, I still gave it five stars because everything else was perfect.」
