“The lady manager worked on 16/9 was mean and impolite after I reviewed my stay concern about unclean tower placed in my room and stained bed sheet after changed. She was absolutely not suitable to be at the front line to deal with guest. ”

“Nice hotel in an older building in a central part of the city close to many points of interest and shopping. There are close by bars down the ally at the side/rear which were a bit noisy at night and made it more difficult for my light sleeping wife to get to sleep but otherwise it was comfortable. Would recommend getting a room higher up and not at the back if louder noises keep anyone up. ”

“Kjekt hotell som vi har overnattet på flere ganger. Liten avstand til Union Square og shoppingmuligheter. Rommene er rene men trenger nok en liten oppgradering. Veldig lave stoler i frokostsalen. Ansatte er serviceminded og hyggelige. Kommer helt sikkert tilbake til dette hotellet. ”

“無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 ”
