"The property was as advertised and the location worked really well for us, as it was close to public transit, and an easy drive to where we needed to get to in the city. Communication from the host was good and we felt like the price was fair. Only issue was the upstairs tenants/guests were quite loud the first night, and there didn’t seem to be much sound-proofing (we could understand a big chunk of their conversations)…but they were quieter the second night, so we got a better sleep. "
