Terrible experience. When I first arrived they told me they had no pet friendly rooms, this was despite me calling a month in advance about needing a pet friendly room. Upon arguing they finally gave me two rooms which few minutes ago they said they didn’t have. The rooms provided were far away from reception and almost at the end and inconvenient. They were dirty. My bathroom door had a giant hole that was covered with a tape. Looked like a broken down BnB. They offer no breakfast. There is a restaurant which is not part of the hotel so they take no responsibility for it. There is no water in the room and you have to pay extra for it. Coffee supplies were missing. Thankfully the next day I met the cleaning lady and she gave me the coffee supplies I needed. Support staff is sweet but reception is terrible. Especially the morning person on 31st Dec was especially rude. She acted like she made an exception for me for giving me a pet friendly room. She seems to have an agenda against her own colleagues. We had to leave early because of work requirements and they refused to refund a day worth stating its through Expedia, this is when they still had to charge me and could easily amend the amount. They are rude, unhelpful and poor managed property. And the morning reception staff is the worst person I have met in my 30 years of living at hotels across the world. Never going there. Avoid this place. A bunch of self entitled people who don’t know what customer service means.

Room was O.K. Functional, warm. Bed sheets were stained. They failed to respond to a message sent to them via Expedia. Check in was longer than it should have been because a guest was requesting another room after he find his with the bed-sheets not replaced and garbage all over the room. Seems like this place is suffering from some management issues.

Room was cold despite having a thermostat in the room, it didn’t control the heater. Asked to be moved to another room and it was the same exact thing. Apparently, the one tower has a central heating system so the temp stays constant no matter what. Front desk should have mentioned that the morning I asked for a new room, instead of at checkout. Won’t be staying at this location again.

The Hotel is dirty and musky, and it feels like walking into a 1970s dodgy beothel. There is a sofa in the reception area which looks it was picked from the local dump yard. Outside the rubbish bins were overflowing with rubbish, welcoming visitors with their gorry entails! I am not not sure what the association of this property is with Radisson Blue in South Africa, fo example, which is a +5star establishment, well know fir its amazing offerings. If there is a relationship, then this Edmonton variety is spoiling the Radisson Blue name!

The room was extremely hot (25.5°C) with no way to change the temp on the thermostat in the room. We had to have the AC set to room temp instead which was cutting in and out all night. Very poor sleep due to this. The room was average. Clean and updated but uncomfortable beds.
