“The staff was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean. The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel. No complementary hot water for tea or coffee, only water in the lobby. Not much of a snack bar. Very close to the college campus, which was nice. Ask for a……

“The property / rooms are dated”

“Great parking close to highway,lot’s of shopping and food places,Walmart is about a five minute drive you can see it from hotel, Staff was good except I was charged for my room before I even checked in ,I was not happy about that.because I wanted to put it on another card.that never happened to me, When I asked her to fix this she said she could not, to wait till I checked out.no problem. To me that is a big problem.like why was I charged before I got there I arrived around 2 fourty five so……

“Good breakfast with options”

“The room was not cleaned very well. There was a huge pile of dust/fur/hair in the middle of the floor when we walked in. The bathroom was not clean at all. The tub was old and dirty. The floor had brown stains on it and the counters were clearly not wiped down very well. I would not recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other options in town.”
