"Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team! My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression. I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommend"

"This is a lovely hotel! Just the right size, not too small or big. Very friendly and helpful staff — I especially appreciated Amirbek, who assisted me many times. Excellent breakfast buffet and two eating areas. Lovely rooms, very clean and well cared for. A seating area and drinking water on each floor. I will certainly stay here again when I come to Tashkent."
