「Big hall , clean」

「Clean room, great amenities and staff was great. Only issue was how loud the cleaning staff was in the morning. You could hear them outside the rooms talking from down the hall.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
