“Week of fishing & relaxing.”

“This cottage is just as advertised. Well equipped, beautiful quiet location. We walked, kayaked, went into town to explore. We spent our down time on the screened in porch which was fantastic. Internet was not workjng when we arrived and a service call was placed. The outage was due to the satellite dish being moved, NO fault of the owner!! Carol was very responsive in expediting the repair.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful - friendly, flexible, accommodating, great communication. Cozy, comfortable cottage, with everything ready for a fun time. We appreciated having access to a few different boats, as well as the library and games room. The lake is beautiful, with a charming little town nearby. The water was very calm when we were there, and we saw a ton of fish jumping. There are other cottages close by on the property, which limits privacy somewhat.”

“My family of 2 boys, my husband and our dog had an amazing time here to finish up our summer before school started. My boys fished almost the entire time! They caught a bunch of perch and some bass. We had a blast using the peddle boat, my 7 yr old steered it the entire time so he felt super proud! Our dog even went for a ride with us, it was so fun! I always enjoy kayaking but these kayaks were especially comfy and an easy smooth and peaceful ride. We also enjoyed the brand new hot tub……

“We spent the first week of July at this property, and it did not disappoint! The cottage is a nice mix of rustic and modern, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie. What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming……

“This property and home was unbelievable! The pictures do not do it it justice, I've been telling all my friends and family about this and showing my photos of the unique home. The octagon shape with the fireplace as the centre of the main room is beautiful. When we first arrived it felt like an adventure to learn the home. Everything you need is there, so not to worry if you forget something. Communication with Tim was great. 10/10 recommend, we will be back! (next with our ATVs/ORVs as……

“Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Bill and Christine were amazing hosts and answered every question we had, and greeted us upon arrival to explain the ins and outs of the cottage. The cottage itself was perfect as well and had everything we needed and more. Our dog loved to run around the property chasing chipmunks and running into the water. Overall, a very peaceful and relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back, and thank you again to Bill and Christine for their welcoming and incredible……

“Our first off grid long weekend was absolutely beautiful! The cottage is cozy with fabulous amenities. The towels soft and fluffy, beds comfy, a wonderful greeting basket complete with a bottle of red! Even the fire pit was stocked! No problem with the fridge and we bought a camp stove toaster to make toast on the propane stove which we left for future guests. I used my hair dryer with no issue and never ran out of power. The description was spot on as well as the photos. The weekend did not……

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”

“My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!”
