“The Ben Miller Inn is an 1880's woollen mill set in a beautiful wooded area with hiking trails all around. This time of year the maple trees put on a beautiful display of colour.
We stayed 2 nights while attending a family wedding on the property. Check in was friendly and efficient. They give you 3 actual keys to open your building (there are several), your room and the pool area. The locks are old and it takes a bit of patience to get them to work properly but they do the job.
Our room……
“Great room, comfortable and clean room!
Had a great stay, the only thing I can complain about is that I asked for a late check out, confirming with the gentleman at the front desk that I could check out at 12pm. 11am housekeeper banging on door and front desk calling saying I had to be out at 11. Clearly poor communication on their part.”
“Room had a good bar fridge and microwave. TV was okay; not much channel selection.
Property is located next ti small strip mall with lots of food choices and a convenience store.
Easy walk to banks and additional shopper in the downtown square. Price was reasonable for the room.
Bathroom was clean with adequate shower facilities.”
“Everything was great. Thankful for the coffee, as I forgot to bring my own.
That shower was spectacular! Water heats up so fast!
My poodle liked it too!
Definitely would stay again.”
“The pictures do not do justice on how beautiful and homie this property is. Specially the insane nature views during the day and night. Would definitely plan to visit again.”
“The mini fridge in our room wasn’t plugged in. We had items that needed to be refrigerated.
Milk at the coffee station was spoiled and the hot water for tea was room temperature.
The premium queen room was very small. Tight squeeze but very clean & modern. The bed was unbelievably comfortable.”
