"I had an excellent experience on my 8 night stay at Hotel Figueroa! The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and well stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Specifically the staff at the bar in the lobby, who made the effort to remember who I was. Food and drinks were top quality, which exceeded my expectations for hotel restaurants. The pool area was very nice and clean. The only downfall was the very limited amount of chairs by the pool. If you don't get to the pool early on a nice day your chances of finding a chair are low. The property is in a great location and considering downtown LA does not always feel the safest, I would highly recommend staying in this area. There were nice restaurants within walking distance, close to the Crypto arena and conference centre. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again!"
